Held in Rome—a historic crossroads of civilizations and a cradle of global culture—the event brings together international leaders, institutions, and the next generation to foster connection, inspiration, and a shared commitment to peace
Building Bridges for Peace
The Bridge for Peace Award was created to recognize individuals and initiatives that help build meaningful bridges between cultures and promote a vision of international cooperation grounded in dialogue and mutual understanding.
In an increasingly interconnected world often marked by tensions and divisions, the award honors those who work to bring societies closer together, encourage cultural exchange, and foster responsible leadership capable of generating a positive impact within communities.
At the heart of this initiative is Rome, a city that for centuries has stood at the crossroads of civilizations and cultures. In this historic setting—long considered a cradle of dialogue among peoples—the Bridge for Peace Award serves as a cultural bridge for peace, connecting ideas, experiences, and perspectives from around the world.
Each year, the award brings together international figures, institutions, and talented young students from different countries, transforming Rome into a meeting place for cultures and generations.
Within this space for dialogue, young participants become active protagonists of a journey that combines education, responsibility, and a global outlook. In doing so, the Bridge for Peace Award becomes more than a recognition—it becomes a platform that inspires cooperation among peoples and helps build new bridges of peace through the next generation.

Who We Honor
Leaders and Young Changemakers The Bridge for Peace Award is structured around two complementary categories that reflect its core mission: recognizing established figures who promote dialogue among cultures while empowering the next generation committed to building bridges across societies. International Leaders: This category honors distinguished individuals whose work and leadership have strengthened dialogue, cooperation, and understanding among nations and cultures. Honorees may include institutional leaders, diplomats, innovators, cultural figures, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists whose contributions have helped foster collaboration and mutual respect across borders. Young Bridge Builders: A central part of the initiative is dedicated to talented young students who stand out for projects and ideas capable of generating meaningful social and cultural impact. Students from different countries are invited to share their experiences and engage in dialogue with international leaders and institutions, becoming active participants in a global conversation about cooperation and peace. The goal is to nurture a new generation of responsible and globally minded leaders committed to building a more open, connected, and cooperative world.
